Survey Fees

SURVEY FEES AS PER SECOND SCHEDULE TO REGULATION 7(2)
OF THE SURVEYORS (REGISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS 1989
AS AMENDED BY G.N. NO.S14 OF 1996

Survey fees for title surveys are classified in accordance with the Categories of land use such as agriculture, residential, commercial, industrial and other purposes. Licensed Surveyors shall carry out the survey as per the instructions issued by the District Surveyor under the Registered Survey Paper (R.S.P) and submit the R.S.P. with certified plan/s and relevant documents to the District Surveyors.

The fees listed in the following Tables are applicable to surveys for new alienation, subdivision and resurveys.

FOR SURVEY OF LAND HELD UNDER PART II, PART III AND PART IV OF THE
LAND ORDINANCE (CAP. 68) FOR OTHER THAN AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES

The survey fees for land held under Part II, Part III and Part IV of the Land Ordinance (Cap. 68) for other than agricultural purposes, namely:-

(a) Land for residential and public utility purposes, for dwelling houses, flats, apartments, hostels, open spaces
     for recreation, schools, hospitals, non profit making institutions and religious purposes etc.

(b) Land for commercial purposes e.g. shop houses, cinemas, complexes, hotels, petrol stations, offices, profit
     motive institutions etc; and

(c) Land for industrial purposes, e.g. factories, plants, workshops, mills, printing presses, foundaries etc.,

     Shall consist of the following charges:-
