SURVEY FEES AS PER SECOND SCHEDULE TO REGULATION 7(2)
OF THE SURVEYORS (REGISTRATION AND ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS 1989
AS AMENDED BY G.N. NO.S14 OF 1996

Survey fees for title surveys are classified in accordance with the Categories of land use such as agriculture, residential, commercial, industrial and other purposes. Licensed Surveyors shall carry out the survey as per the instructions issued by the District Surveyor under the Registered Survey Paper (R.S.P) and submit the R.S.P. with certified plan/s and relevant documents to the District Surveyors.

The fees listed in the following Tables are applicable to surveys for new alienation, subdivision and resurveys.

FOR PREPARATION OF COMPILATION PLANS

The fees for drawing plans by using data from existing approved survey plans or titles where no field work is envisaged shall be as follows:-

•  RM 50.00 per boundary line to a minimum of RM 600.00 per plan.

•  Disbursements, where applicable, as provided in Table 11.
